Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, read through a heat-pump lens

These are real, published results from heating and cooling companies we have worked with. None is a heat-pump-only figure, so for each one we explain what it proves and what a heat-pump contractor can take from it.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every figure on this page comes from our approved HVAC case studies, and every client is named and linked. We don't have separate heat-pump-only numbers to publish, and we won't imply that these figures are heat-pump results. What they do show is the method working in heating markets, which is the market heat pumps are now competing for.

What transfers to a heat-pump business

Answer first: the method transfers; the specific numbers don't.

Specialist focus wins categories

CombiBoiler.ca is the clearest parallel. It focused on one product, combi boilers, and earned 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords. A heat-pump specialist can apply the same idea: build the deepest, clearest set of pages on heat pumps in your market, rather than spreading thin across every HVAC service. That's the core of our heat-pump search and content work.

Fast wins come from conversion

BCWide.ca tripled leads in 90 days. Changes that fast usually come from what happens to visitors already arriving, not from new traffic. For heat pumps, where quotes stall on rebate questions, the equivalent work is quote-to-install conversion.

Judge campaigns on return

HVACDeal.ca reached a 12:1 ROI. Rebate surges tempt contractors to spend heavily while demand is high. Measuring return, not just volume, tells you when the extra spending stops paying. Our rebate campaigns are reported this way.

Organic growth takes a year

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% over 12 months. Heat-pump content needs the same patience, and it has to be kept accurate as programs change.

What doesn't transfer

Honesty about limits:

  • Product economics differ. A heat-pump install can carry a different job value and a longer decision time than a boiler replacement, so lead counts are not directly comparable.
  • Rebates add volatility. None of these results was driven by a rebate cycle in the way heat-pump demand often is. Plan for surges and cliffs that a boiler business rarely sees.
  • Markets differ. A result earned in one city's competition and fuel mix won't repeat automatically in another. A heat-pump business in Saskatchewan, where natural gas is the primary heating fuel in about three quarters of households, faces a different starting point.

How we'll report your results

For a heat-pump client, the monthly report shows:

  1. enquiries by source and by program (where relevant)
  2. quotes issued and accepted, with average job value
  3. cost per enquiry and cost per install for paid channels
  4. organic rankings and visits for tracked heat-pump terms
  5. what we changed this month and why

If something isn't working, the report says so. You'll see the same numbers we see, and you can check them against your own job records, since the CRM and ad accounts sit in your name. Over a year, the trend that matters most is cost per install, because it captures positioning, campaigns and conversion in one figure.

The services overview explains where we usually start, and the pricing page lists the plans. If you'd like to check these results against your own situation, call, text or email through the contact page and tell us your current enquiry and close numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Are these heat-pump results?

No. They are results from general HVAC and heating marketing, including boilers, furnaces and cooling. We present them as exactly that, and we explain which parts of the method apply to heat-pump work.

Can you promise similar results?

No. Your market, competitors, job values, programs and phone handling all shape the outcome. We can show you the method and how we'll measure progress, not promise a number.

Where can I check these results?

Each client's live website is linked on this page, and the full list of case studies is published on HVAC.Agency.

Why don't you publish heat-pump-specific figures?

Because we only publish results that have been approved and can be checked. When heat-pump-specific results are approved for publication, they will be added here.
