How to reach us

Answer first: call, text or email, whichever suits your day.

  • Call: (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk the situation through now.
  • Text: (604) 632-4959. Best if you're on a job site and want to reply when you can. A short text is a welcome start, and we'll handle the rest.
  • Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send numbers, screenshots or a list of questions.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. If you're in Atlantic Canada, that means calls are answered from early afternoon your time; texts and email can be sent any time.

What to include in your first message

Answer first: five numbers and two sentences let us give you a useful answer on the first reply.

  1. Where you work: the province and the main towns or cities you serve.
  2. Heat-pump enquiries per month, roughly, over the last three months.
  3. Heat-pump installs per month over the same period.
  4. Average heat-pump job value, before any rebates.
  5. Your current marketing: website, Google Business Profile, ads, and roughly what you spend.

Then two sentences: what's frustrating you now, and what you'd like to be different in a year.

If you don't track some of these, say so. Not knowing your close rate is useful information too; it usually tells us where to start. Our heat-pump job maths guide explains each figure and how to estimate it if you don't have exact records.

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, by the channel you used.
  2. A first conversation of about 30 minutes. We ask about your market, your programs and your numbers. You ask whatever you like about us.
  3. The 7-day free trial, if it makes sense: a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card.
  4. A written recommendation with the service we'd start with, the plan that fits, and what we'd measure. Prices are on the pricing page so there are no surprises.
  5. Your decision. No lock-in, and no pressure.

If we don't think we can help, for example because your business needs field capacity before it needs more enquiries, we'll tell you.

A sample first message

Answer first: short and numeric beats long and general.

Here is the kind of message that gets a precise reply:

We're [Business name], a [number]-truck HVAC company in [City or region]. About [number] heat-pump enquiries a month, [number] installs, average job around $[amount] before rebates. Our website is [age], we spend about $[amount] a month on ads, and most work comes from [sources]. The main problem: [problem]. Our goal for the next year: [goal].

That's illustrative, not a real client, but it shows the shape. From a message like this we can already see the likely first step: the stalled quotes point to quote-to-install conversion before more ad spending.

What we can't help with

HeatPump.Agency is a marketing and business consulting service. We are not an HVAC contractor, so we can't:

  • quote, install, service or repair a heat pump for a homeowner
  • process, approve or speed up a rebate application
  • advise on code compliance, permits or licensing; for those, contact your provincial regulator, which each province page links

Homeowners looking for an installer should contact a licensed local contractor or the program administrator in their province.

Frequently asked questions

Who will I speak to?

A senior strategist. You won't be passed through a sales team first, and the person you speak with understands heat-pump markets and programs.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first conversation is free, and so is the 7-day trial, which includes a marketing audit, website check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, with no credit card.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Text the same number, (604) 632-4959. Many contractors prefer it because they can reply between jobs.

Will you add me to a marketing list?

No. We only reply to people who contact us first, about the question they asked.
