Monthly plans
Answer first: Starter suits a contractor building the foundations, Growth suits one ready to compete across channels, and Elite suits a multi-crew business that wants full management.
| Plan | Price | In short |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998/month | The foundation: an SEO-structured site with service pages, local SEO and your Google Business Profile, a basic setup of Google and Meta ads, hosting and maintenance, and a report each month |
| Growth | $4,498/month | Starter, plus deeper SEO and content, paid ads on several channels with retargeting, a CRM connection, a review-generation process, and reports every week |
| Elite | $8,998/month | Growth, plus video and PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your needs |
How the heat-pump services map to the plans
- Starter covers the foundation of heat-pump search and content and the core of specialist positioning: service pages, profile work and basic ads.
- Growth adds the content depth and multi-channel ads that rebate-driven campaigns need, plus the CRM integration that makes quote-to-install conversion measurable.
- Elite suits companies running heat-pump marketing across several cities or provinces, where program calendars differ and weekly decisions matter.
Websites
| Package | Price | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 one-time | A custom site of 5 to 7 pages, delivered in two to three weeks; hosting and maintenance then run $149 a month |
| Professional | $6,500 one-time | A site of 10 to 15 pages built for conversion, delivered in three to four weeks; $249 a month then covers hosting, maintenance and ongoing CRO |
| Enterprise | $12,500 one-time | No limit on pages or locations, delivered in four to six weeks; $449 a month then covers full management |
For a heat-pump specialist, Essential is usually too small: the proof pages, technology pages and program pages alone fill it. Professional fits most single-market contractors. Enterprise fits companies serving several regions, each with its own programs.
What drives the cost for heat-pump work
Four things change what a sensible plan looks like.
- Number of program calendars. A contractor in one province tracks one set of programs. A company serving Ottawa and Gatineau tracks Ontario and Quebec rules, in two languages.
- Competition for heat-pump searches. In large cities with many specialists, building search visibility takes more content and more time.
- How much ad spend you plan. More spending needs more management and more frequent checks during rebate surges.
- The state of your foundations. If your website can't hold proof pages or track calls, that has to be fixed first.
A worked example
Answer first: compare plan cost with gross margin from extra installs, not with revenue.
Suppose your average heat-pump install is $14,000 and your gross margin on it is 35%, so each install contributes about $4,900. On the Growth plan at $4,498 per month, plus GST/HST, you need roughly one extra install a month to cover the plan fee itself, before ad spend. Add a $3,000 monthly ad budget and you need about two extra installs a month to break even.
These are illustrative figures. Use your own job value and margin; our heat-pump job maths guide shows the full calculation, including how rebate timing delays revenue.
How to choose
- If your heat-pump enquiries are low and your website is weak: Starter, plus a Professional website.
- If enquiries are steady but quotes stall, or programs in your province are active: Growth.
- If you run several crews or several markets: Elite.

Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the monthly plan?
Treat ad spend as a separate budget paid to the ad platforms. The plan covers our setup, management and reporting. We'll agree the ad budget with you in writing before anything runs.
Is there a long-term contract?
No lock-in. You can stop if the work isn't earning its keep. The website, ad accounts and profiles stay in your name either way.
What does the free trial include?
Seven days covering a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is required.
Do prices include sales tax?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the sales tax added depends on where your heat-pump business is: GST or HST, or GST plus QST in Quebec.
Where is the full price list?
The complete, current pricing is published on HVAC.Agency, our parent brand. If anything here differs from that page, the HVAC.Agency page is the reference.
